our outstanding Ground Service is based on quality customer care and intensive training. We will ensure that all our clients are:

• Personally met by our representatives at the airport on arrival and accompanied to the city hotels and domestic airports for transfers.
• Checked-in at the city hotels and airport
• Provided with 24-hour emergency, mobile or pager numbers of duty officers
• Briefed properly about their journeys
• Provided with a detailed day to day itinerary of their journey and other relevant information.
• Given the highest level of service at all times.

TRANSPORT

We use 4x4 vehicles and mini buses with either radio communications or mobile telephones, but often find that clients prefer the speed and convenience of light aircraft. We can organize both scheduled and charter flights to almost all of our destinations. However, our transport is by no means restricted to the modern-day machines. Our walking safaris can take you to the wildest spots on earth, as can our horse, camel and elephant-back safaris. Without them our fleet would not be complete.

GUIDES

our driver guides know their flora, fauna and culture really well. Friendly, good-humored, polite and knowledgeable, they will look after you like friends. Our specialist guides are experts in their respective fields. For example, we can provide guides who specialize in walking safaris, birds, history, culture, sports and much more. On some of our walking safaris in East Africa we offer guides from local tribes who know the territory that you will cover extremely well.
